摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)intelligent puncture robot combined with cycle quality management in postoperative catheterized chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods:100 breast cancer patients who underwent postoperative catheterized chemotherapy at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group(n=50,receiving traditional PICC catheterization with routine care)and the study group(n=50,receiving PICC intelligent puncture robot combined with cycle quality management).Coagulation function,vascular endothelial function,lower limb blood flow velocity,quality of life,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with that before intervention,both groups showed significantly decreased MA values and increased R values after intervention(P<0.05),while the study group had lower MA and higher R values than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed increased FMD and decreased EMPs after intervention(P<0.05),while the study group had lower FMD and higher EMPs than the control group(P<0.05).Average and maximum blood flow velocities increased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher velocities than the control group(P<0.05).FACT-B scores at different dimensions improved in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),with the study group scoring higher(P<0.05).The study group had a lower incidence of postoperative complications than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of PICC intelligent puncture robot and cycle quality management can improve coagulation/vascular endothelial function,enhance lower limb blood flow velocity and quality of life,and reduce complications in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative catheterized chemotherapy.
