From"Road Builder"to"Leader":Study on the Transformation Path of Communication Service Enterprises'Meta-Universe Under the Perspective of Dynamic Capabilities
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of rapid development of digital economy,traditional communication service enterprises are facing the major challenge of transforming into meta-universe.Taking Huaxing Venture as an example,the article analyzes the transformation path of communication service enterprises from traditional communication technology service to meta-universe based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities.It is found that the motivation of Huaxing Venture's meta-universe transformation includes external factors such as policy leadership and industry changes,and internal factors such as its own resource perception and integration capability.The first path of meta-universe transformation is to perceive the environmental changes to determine the strategic objectives,use the resource base to promote the synergistic upgrading of capabilities,reconstruct the value chain to achieve business growth,and then realize the transformation from"road builder"to"runner".The second path of meta-universe transformation is to perceive market demand and seek differences,utilize resource accumulation to attract IP empowerment,reconstruct market model to develop ideas,and ultimately realize the leap from"runner"to"leader".The conclusion of the study provides experience reference and management insights for the meta-universe transformation of communication service enterprises in the context of digital economy.关键词
