The Current Challenges and Optimization Pathways of China's International Discourse System in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the construction of an international discourse system is a strategic task pro-posed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China based on the"overall balance be-tween domestic and international situations"facing China today.In the new era,building a more com-prehensive and effective international discourse system has become an objective necessity for enhan-cing the country's cultural soft power,responding to crises and global changes,and promoting the pro-gress of human civilization.Although significant achievements have been made in the development of China's international discourse,challenges remain,including a lack of innovation in content,limited ca-pacity for cross-cultural communication,and insufficient international outreach.These shortcomings not only fail to match China's growing economic strength but also hinder its ability to make greater contributions to global development.To address this situation,it is essential to focus on the core issues of"what to communicate","how to communicate","who is to communicate,"and"through what channels to communicate".Efforts should be continuously directed toward enriching discourse con-tent,refining modes of expression,cultivating diverse communicative actors,and expanding dissemina-tion channels.By doing so,China can optimize its international discourse system and significantly en-hance the effectiveness of its global communication.关键词
