Abstract
[Objective]The modern water treatment plant(WTP)in Zhejiang Province has strict requirements for high-standard effluent quality,water purification process,and other aspects.Taking a high-quality drinking WTP with dual water sources in Hangzhou City as an example,this paper systematically introduces the characteristics of raw water quality,requirements for outflow quality,selection of process flow,design of main structures(buildings),the economic effect,and application of new concept design.[Methods]A WTP project in Hangzhou City is composed of water intake,transportation and purification.The capacity of the first-stage project is 1×105 m3/d.The total design capacity is 300 000 m3/d.One water source of the WTP is from Fuchun River,and the other is from Qiandao Lake.The purification process of the waterworks consists of pre-ozone contact tank,coagulation sedimentation tank,V-shaped filter,ozone contact tank,granular activated carbon filter and NaClO disinfection.[Results]The total investment of the project is 929 79 million yuan.and the operating cost is 0.845 yuan/m3(excluding the water resources charge).The actual operation results show that the outflow turbidity from the waterworks is less than 0.1 NTU,the CODMn is less than 2.0 mg/L,and the outflow quality meets the high-quality drinking water requirements of the Evaluation Standard for Modern Water Treatment Plant in Zhejiang Province(2023 version).[Conclusion]The WTP adheres to the new design concept of"safety and resilience,efficiency and intensification,low-carbon and energy-saving,ecological harmony,and smart services",creates a sustainable and people-oriented modern water plant.This case can serve as a reference and inspiration for the design and operation of high-quality WTP in China.关键词
