摘要
Abstract
Dianping website gives a score of 0～5 points to the merchants to provide reference for consumers'consumption deci-sions.The score is relatively simple.Based on the website review data crawled,the LDA theme model is used to analyze the attri-butes of businesses that consumers pay most attention to in the consumption process,and then the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS model is used to conduct comprehensive scoring and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each attribute,so as to provide consum-ers with more comprehensive and objective evaluation results,and provide targeted suggestions for business operation.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation value of the model is compared with the scores of businesses in the public review website,the validity of the model is verified.关键词
