摘要

Abstract

Compared with the planar array,the surface array has the characteristics of easy conformal with the application car-rier,large utilization rate of array area,and wide beam scanning range,which has attracted wide attention,and has great research and engineering application value.In the design of curved array antennas,the comprehensive design of the direction diagram of its curved array antenna is a difficult problem.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a weighted analysis method of surface array based on projection method,that is,by projecting the surface array onto a plane,and then performing a comprehensive weighting processing design.In order to verify the feasibility of this analysis method,three kinds of 16-cell curved array beam scanning anten-nas with different curvature radii are analyzed and designed on the center frequency 3 GHz.Simulation experimental results show that three different curvature radius surface array antennas can achieve better beam scanning and obtain lower secondary lobes ac-cording to the requirements of directional design.Compared with the commonly used numerical iterative methods,the analysis de-sign method proposed in this paper has the advantages of simple analysis process and easy to solve the comprehensive problem of sur-face array antenna pattern.The surface array weighted analysis method based on projection method proposed in this paper can be used for surface array antennas,including the comprehensive rapid design of phased array antenna patterns and engineering analy-sis applications.
