基于知识蒸馏Transformer的肺功能相关性分析OA
Correlation Analysis of Lung Function Based on Knowledge Distillation Transformer
基于知识蒸馏Transformer,研究肺部高分辨率CT对小气道数量的显示能力,探讨小气道狭窄数量在支气管哮喘诊断及严重程度分级评估方面的应用价值.收集哮喘患者50例及对照组15例,每位患者均进行高分辨率CT扫描及肺功能相关检查,分别观察并记录双肺各叶段狭窄小气道数量、狭窄小气道占比,收集肺功能试验相关参数数据,基于知识蒸馏的Transformer诊断网络,检验出双肺狭窄小气道数量及狭窄小气道占比与肺功能分级的相关性;比较不同等级肺功能的支气管哮喘患者的双肺狭窄小气道数量及狭窄小气道占比的组间差异.支气管哮喘患者的双肺狭窄小气道数量及占比与肺功能分级均显著相关(P<0.001);肺功能大致正常的患者与中、重、极重度肺功能障碍的患者狭窄小气道数量及占比差异性显著(P<0.05);轻度肺功能障碍的患者与重、极重度肺功能障碍的患者狭窄小气道数量及占比差异性显著(P<0.05).基于知识蒸馏的Transformer医疗诊断网络通过高分辨率CT判断出小气道及狭窄小气道的数量,并能对支气管哮喘评价提供诊断依据,即狭窄小气道的数量与占比可以用来评估哮喘患者肺功能的严重程度.
Based on knowledge distillation Transformer,this paper aims to study the ability of lung high-resolution CT to dis-play the number of small airway,and to explore the application value of small airway stenosis in the diagnosis and severity grading evaluation of bronchial asthma.50 patients with bronchial asthma and control group is 15 in this study,and each patient had a high-resolution CT scan and lung function related examination.Then,observe and record the number of narrow small airway and the proportion of narrow small airway in each segment of double lung and collect the relevant parameter data of pulmonary function test.Specifically,this paper leverages knowledge distillation Transformer diagnosis network to analyze the relationship of the num-ber of narrow small airway and pulmonary function.The number and proportion of small airway with double pulmonary stenosis in pa-tients with bronchial asthma are significantly correlated with pulmonary function classification(P<0.001).There are significant dif-ferences in the number of narrow small airway between patients with roughly normal pulmonary function and those with moderate,se-vere or very severe pulmonary dysfunction(P<0.05).There exists significant difference in the number and the proportion of narrow small airway between patients with mild pulmonary dysfunction and those with severe or very severe pulmonary dysfunction(P<0.05).The proposed knowledge distillation Transformer can show the number of small airway and narrow small airway,and provide image basis for the evaluation of bronchial asthma.The number and proportion of narrow small airway can be utilized to evaluate the severity of pulmonary function in asthmatic patients.
