摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the problems of low user viscosity,lack of personalized products and low degree of intensive management of original Shaanxi meteorological mobile business,multi-contact channel technology and"micro service+application management"framework technology are adopted to build a unified user system of multi-contact channel,establish targeted differentiated service system of multi-level meteorological products,and develop Shaanxi meteorological intelligent terminal business platform based on multi-contact channel fusion technology.The platform realized cross-channel and cross-terminal unified user management services,greatly improving the refinement and intelligence of the whole process of Shaanxi meteorological mobile business,service and management.The platform has provided high-quality and efficient mobile meteorological services in major events such as disaster prevention and mitigation in Shaanxi Province,flood season guarantee operations and the 14th National Games.
