Regulatory effects of 2,4-epibrassinolide,polyglutamic acid and uniconazole on tuber yield and quality in sweet potato

Abstract
In order to evaluate the effects of different growth regulators on the tuber yield and quality of sweet potato,two sweet potato varieties,Xushu 18 and Longshu 9,were used as experimental materials,and water was sprayed as control(CK).Different concentrations of uniconazole(S3307),2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)and polyglutamic acid(PGA)were sprayed on the leaves,and the effects of different concentrations and types of growth regulators on the yield and quality of sweet potato were analyzed.The results showed that the yield of Xushu 18 and Longshu 9 treated with 0.05 mg/L EBR was 58.86%and 52.68%higher than that of CK,respectively.The soluble protein content,total phenol content and flavonoid content in tubers of Xushu 18 treated with 105 mg/L PGA increased by 62.60%,86.49%and 63.64%,respectively,compared with CK.The total solu-ble sugar content,starch content,soluble protein content,vitamin C content,anthocyanin content in tuber skin and antho-cyanin content in tuber flesh of Longshu 9 treated with 105 mg/L PGA were all significantly higher than those of CK.Starch content in tubers of Xushu 18 and Longshu 9 treated with 75 mg/L S3307 was significantly higher than that of the CK.Solu-ble sugar content in tubers of Xushu 18 and Longshu 9 treated with 100 mg/L S3307 increased by 37.48%and 65.27%,respectively.In summary,the appropriate concentrations of S3307,EBR and PGA can significantly improve the yield and quality indicators of Xushu 18 and Longshu 9,but there are great differences in the improvement effect of yield and quality indicators of different varieties of sweet potato under the same growth regulator treatment.In production,specific growth reg-ulation types and dosages should be selected according to product requirements.关键词
