泰州市宣堡港河道外水量分配探究

Abstract
Taking Xuanbao Port in Taizhou City as an example,the research on water allocation plan of outside the river channel was carried out.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the water resources and their development and utilization status in the Xuanbao Port Basin.Taking the total water consumption control indicators determined by the most stringent water resources management system as constraints,water demand forecasting was carried out within the allocation scope.According to the water allocation principles,water resource allocation schemes for each region in the basin under different frequencies were determined.The shares of surface water consumption and surface water loss outside river channels in each region were proposed,followed by rationality analysis and relevant suggestions,providing references for standardizing the water use order in the basin and coordinating water use conflicts.关键词
