摘要

Abstract

The historical evolution method is a medium-to long-term forecasting approach.Through revisions,it can continuously adapt to new working environments and expand its application scenarios.By using the historical evolution method,the interannual precipitation series of Liyang Station can be divided into three time periods with different characteristics,which conforms to the consistency of segmented features.Based on the characteristic laws of the historical evolution method,after improvement,it can intuitively display the periodic changes of drought and flood phenomena and achieve refined analysis and research.
