摘要

Abstract

With the completion of the delimitation of river management scopes at all levels,the management scopes of rivers have been clarified.It is particularly important for water administrative departments to determine whether newly built structures along the river encroach on the management scope and how to quickly provide objective factual evidence to support management.The platform of overlay and mapping based on Cesium and turf.js is developed.Based on the visualization tool Cesium for spatial display and the geospatial analysis tool turf.js for intersection calculation and polygon merging between building boundaries and river management scopes,this platform integrates graphic decoration and dimension control tools to automatically generate mapping outputs for encroachment determination.The results show that the developed platform can complete conveniently overlay analysis and mapping output,with more significant application effects for numerous newly built structures,which greatly improves efficiency and ensures consistency.
