社区老年2型糖尿病病人口腔衰弱与社会衰弱的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between oral frailty and social frailty in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in community

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between social frailty and oral frailty of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in community and the predictive value of oral frailty.Methods:From August to October 2024,a total of 235 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from 4 communities in Guilin city were investigated with general information questionnaire,Social Frailty Index Scale(SFI)and Oral Frailty Index(QFI-8).Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were employed to identify the primary and fit of oral frailty,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive performance of the model.Results:Among 235 patients,170 patients(72.34%)were identified as high-risk for oral frailty.Oral frailty showed positive correlation with social frailty(r=0.571,P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis revealed that longer duration of diabetes,polypharmacy,poor medication adherence,and social frailty were the primary risk factors for oral frailty.The ROC curve was constructed to predict the performance,with an AUC of 0.966[(95%CI(0.946,0.986),P<0.001),a sensitivity of 87.69%,a specificity of 93.53%,a maximum Youden index of 0.812 2,indicating good model fit.Conclusion:The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the community have a higher risk of oral frailty,which is positively related to social frailty.The developed prediction model demonstrates high predictive accuracy and can provide an assessment tool for screening people with high risk of oral frailty.关键词
