筋膜手法联合家庭延续康复护理在周围性面神经炎中的应用研究
Application study of fascia manipulation combined with home-based continuation rehabilitation nursing in peripheral facial neuritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect and satisfaction of fascia manipulation combined with home-based continuation rehabilitation nursing in the facial functional recovery of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of inter-group general data matching,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine acupuncture treatment and conventional nursing,while the patients in experimental group received fascia manipulation treatment and home-based continuation rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The treatment response rate,the facial functional recovery before and after the intervention and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).One month after the intervention,the modified Portmann score of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Fascia manipulation combined with home-based continuation rehabilitation nursing can accelerate facial functional recovery in patients with peripheral facial neuritis,improve treatment effectiveness,reduce discomfort during treatment,and enhance patients'satisfaction rate.关键词
