冠心病PCI后病人健康行为潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究
Latent profile analysis of health behaviors and its influencing factors in post-PCI coronary heart disease patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the current status,latent classes,and influencing factors of health behaviors in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Using convenience sampling,337 CHD patients who underwent PCI in the cardiology department of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Dali City from December 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ),and the Coronary Artery Disease Self-Management Scale(CSMS).Latent profile analysis(LPA)was conducted using Mplus 8.0,and Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the influencing factors of each latent class.Results:The health behaviors of the 337 post-PCI CHD patients could be classified into three latent classes,the good health behavior group(22.3%),the moderate health behavior group(41.2%),and the low health behavior-low exercise group(36.5%).Educational level,occupation,level of disease understanding,body mass index(BMI),number of comorbidities,New York Heart Association(NYHA)functional class,and self-management ability were identified as influencing factors of health behaviors in post-PCI CHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health-promoting behaviors in post-PCI CHD patients exhibit heterogeneity.Healthcare professionals should develop tailored interventions based on the influencing factors characteristic of different latent classes to improve patients'health behavior capabilities.关键词
