Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the predictive model of post-traumatic seizure risk.Methods:A systematic search was conducted for published studies on post-traumatic seizure risk prediction models in both Chinese and English databases until October 12,2023.Two investigators independently screened the literature,extracted data,and evaluated the risk of bias and applicability of included studies.Results:A total of 12 studies were included and 20 prediction models were reported,of which 17 models could obtain the area under the subject operating characteristic curve,ranging from 0.550 to 0.983.All studies had a high risk of overall bias,with 8 studies having good overall applicability,1 study having unclear applicability,and 3 studies having poor applicability.Conclusion:The research of post-traumatic seizure risk prediction model is still in the development stage,and future research should follow the model development norms,develop more targeted and accurate prediction models according to the standard definitions of early and late post-traumatic seizure,and verify them to promote the clinical transformation and application of the model.关键词
