在中国海南热带雨林国家公园发现的大型担子菌新种区系研究

摘要
Abstract
This study compiles 269 macrofungal species of Basidiomycota described from National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest.Among these,five species were excluded due to synonymous names,holotype lost,and invalid publications.The 264 valid names belong to 10 orders,46 families,and 139 genera within the class Agaricomycetes.The dominant orders are Polyporales,Agaricales,Boletales,and Hymenochaetales,with species accounting for 87.5%of the total.The dominant families are Boletaceae,Hymenochaetaceae,and Polyporaceae,with species representing 42.4%of the total.There are no obvious dominant genera;11,10,7,and 6 species are described in Amanita,Entoloma,Phylloporia,and Cantharellus,respectively.Thirty species are listed as priority protected macrofungal species in the Hainan,with the majority being agaricoid fungi.However,many descriptions of wood-inhabiting fungi in Hainan are missing from the checklist.The main nutritional modes of these species are mostly white-rot and ectomycorrhizal.Geographically and climatically,these species are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of southern China and Southeast Asia.Most of these macrofungi were described by Chinese researchers in the journals Fungal Diversity,Phytotaxa,Mycological Progress,Frontiers in Microbiology,MycoKeys,Mycosphere,and Mycologia.Based on the publication data,the publication of these macrofungi can be divided into three development periods:initial period(1958-2000),increase period(2001-2015),and rapid development period(from 2016 to present).关键词
