野生虎乳木孔菌生物学特性及其驯化栽培
Biological characteristics and domestication cultivation of Lignosus rhinocerus

Abstract
A wild Lignosus strain EPPI-2021-159 isolated from Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County of Hainan Province was identified as Lignosus rhinocerus through morphological characterization and ITS sequence analysis.The optimal carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature,and pH for mycelial growth were determined using orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that sucrose was the optimal carbon source and yeast extract powder was the optimal nitrogen source,and the strain grew well at 28℃ and pH 5.0.Domestication trials revealed bagful mycelial colonization time in substrate containing 45%sawdust was(45.65±2.32)days,producing sclerotia averaging(149.73±8.90)g fresh weight.This study provides foundational data supporting domestication cultivation of the fungus on a large scale.关键词
