Three new Chinese records of Annulohypoxylon(Xylariales,Ascomycota)from Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park in south China
摘要
Abstract
The studies on specimens collected from Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park on the basis of morphological characteristics and molecular data have yielded three hypoxylaceous species new to China.The three species viz.Annulohypoxylon nouraguense,A.subnitens and A.viridistratum,were described and illustrated based on Chinese collections.The differences between the species and the related and morphologically similar species are discussed.The taxonomic positions of the three species were supported and confirmed by the ITS phylogenetic analyses using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods.关键词
