机器人焊接智能视觉传感技术的研究及应用进展
Research and Application Progress of Intelligent Vision Sensing Technology in Robotic Welding
摘要
Abstract
Vision-based sensing is a key perception tool for automated and intelligent welding,which plays a vital role in seam recognition,tracking,process monitoring,and quality control.The principles,algorithm optimization,and application status of active and passive vision-based sensing in intelligent welding are comprehensively sumed up.In addition,it delves into the roles of infrared and multimodal sensing technologies,along with VR and digital twin technologies,in advancing welding intelligence,and examines the potential of collaborative and humanoid welding robots in this field.It highlights that improving sensing accuracy,integrating lightweight AI models,and fusing multimodal data in real-time are critical for transforming welding from"teaching-playback"to"adaptive,anthropomorphic,and intelligent"modes,driving the industrial application of intelligent welding in complex scenarios.It is indicated that the core technologies of intelligent welding will focus on the following directions:"deep integration of multi-sensor based on visual technology"and"embodied intelligence welding robots based on AI large models".This will promote the development of fully autonomous intelligent welding systems that can"perceive,recognize,decide and act on their own".关键词
