摘要

Abstract

Laser directed energy deposition additive manufacturing technology offers advantages such as high power and high efficiency.However,during the formation of large-scale parts,it is prone to layered collapse issues,which seriously affect the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the formed components.To address this,a LDED path planning algorithm based on voxel point clouds is proposed to resolve the collapse problems during the forming process.First,the voxel point cloud of the model is obtained.Orthogonal design experiments are used to determine the optimal parameters of the CPC segmentation algorithm,which is then applied to segment,close,and fill the surface voxel point cloud.Subsequently,based on the point cloud boundary extraction algorithm and grid map method,a"meandering"scanning path and an orthogonal"zigzag"scanning path are developed,and the RANSAC algorithm is adopted to simplify path points.Finally,the valve mold is formed using the voxel point cloud-based directed energy deposition path planning algorithm.Compared with the existing LDED path forming method,in the existing path-forming,region 1 and region 3 collapse at α=27°and β=33°with the horizontal plane respectively and have poor surface morphology,while the path-planning algorithm shows better forming quality,the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified.
