X-pin扁线电机激光焊接工艺研究
Research on Laser Welding Process of X-pin Flat Wire Motor
摘要
Abstract
Flat wire motors are favored in the drive of new energy vehicles due to their small size,high slot filling rate,high power density and good performance.The X-pin connection laser welding process is explored in the manufacturing of flat wire motor,and the welding method of spiral is carried out by the annular spot galvanometer welding system.The welding penetration,welding width,welding cross-section and bonding strength are obtained from the metallographic results and tensile test of solder joint.The influence of parameters such as defocusing,direction of spiral,closing time of power curve,spiral spacing and laser power on the welding penetration and welding cross-sectional area are analyzed.The feasibility of the flat wire connecting manufacturing and the reliability of laser welding quality are verified.The results show that the welding speed is 240 mm/s,the defocusing amount is-0.5 mm,the inner diameter of the spiral(diameter)is 0.15 mm,the outer diameter of the spiral(diameter)is 1.8 mm,the spiral spacing is 0.3 mm,the power of the core is 2 000 W and the power of the outer ring is 2 350 W,the target of welding penetration is 2.2 mm,the welding cross-sectional area is 4.32 mm2,and the composite consensus is 1.0.The verification under the condition of the step between pins control is below 0.25 mm,the gap between pins control is below 0.15 mm,and the alignment between pins control is above 3 mm.The verification results show that the average welding cross-sectional area is 3.98 mm2,with a standard deviation of 0.52 mm2.The average tensile force is 455 N,with a standard deviation of 67 N.关键词
