Review of Knowledge-based and Data-driven Industrial Brain Architecture and Key Technologies

Abstract
As an important infrastructure for promoting new industrialization,the industrial brain has broad application prospects,.The key to implementing the industrial brain is to integrate data with industry knowledge and mechanisms,form a decision-making loop,and ultimately improve the level of intelligent manufacturing.An intelligent decision-making system driven by knowledge and data integration is studied,and an architecture of the industrial brain is designed,which including four major systems:multidimensional perception,comprehensive cognition,intelligent decision-making,and precise execution.By aggregating heterogeneous and autonomous dispersed data resources and utilizing knowledge and data integration driven algorithms,comprehensive understanding,precise decision-making,and real-time feedback of industrial scenes are achieved,and continuously iterates and optimizes to form an intelligent decision-making system for complex industrial scenes.Then key technologies of the industrial brain are discussed,including real-time perception based on 5G,comprehensive cognition based on data iteration governance,and decision-making and execution based on"cloud network edge end"collaboration.At last,typical application scenarios and subsequent research directions of the industrial brain are summarized,which helps build new quality productive forces in the industrial field.关键词
