摘要

Abstract

Automated guided vehicle(AGV)is an intelligent handling equipment that drives autonomously along a physical or virtual path with a certain degree of motion accuracy.AGV is one of the keys to realize the intelligentization and flexibility of logistics.A brief introduction is provided to the development history and current status of AGV technology,with a detailed explanation of key technologies for AGV development.Firstly,in the part of chassis driving technology,the types of driving wheel sets and the schemes of chassis layout are emphasized.Secondly,in the part of positioning and navigation technology,the characteristics and differences between structured navigation technology and unstructured navigation technology are sorted out,and the principles and characteristics of various common navigation algorithms are analyzed.Thirdly,in the part of path planning technology,the characteristics and differences of point-to-point and full coverage planning,as well as global and local planning are described respectively,and it is pointed out that the path planning technology with multi-algorithm fusion is the future development direction.In the end,the current scheduling technologies and security protection technologies are summarized,and the future development trends of key technologies in AGV are explored.With the continuous emergence of new technologies,breakthroughs will eventually be made in the research of key technologies for AGV,thus promoting its development in various industries.
