摘要

Abstract

The relevant literature on rubber failure forms of submersible screw pump stator is studied,the failure reasons of stator rubber of submersible screw pump are summarized,and the research status of optimization design of stator rubber of submersible screw pump is reviewed.In recent years,the main material of the stator of the submersible screw pump is the use of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR),because in the actual oil production process,there will be oil immersion and sand and other problems,so the wear of the stator and the rotor is very serious,and the stator's oil and wear resistances directly affect the service life of the submersible screw pump.Adding acrylonitrile(ACN)to nitrile butadiene rubber can increase the molecular polarity,enhance the intermolecular force of NBR,and limit the movement of molecular chain.By modifying the surface of NBR,the oil resistance and mechanical properties of NBR can be significantly improved,especially the mixed oxidation method is effective in improving the oil resistance of NBR.Adding different amounts of nano-zinc oxide or carbon black to the stator rubber can effectively enhance the hardness and tensile strength of the stator rubber,reduce the friction and wear of the stator rubber and enhance the wear resistance of the stator rubber.Finally,the research direction of stator rubber reinforcement of submersible screw pump is given,which has a certain significance for the research of stator rubber in the future.
