摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,data center cabinets serve as the core facilities for information processing,storage and exchange,and providing carriers for various information processing equipment chassis.However,the rapid development of data centers has brought challenges to heat dissipation technology,especially the rapid upgrading of technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,which has put forward higher requirements for energy consumption and heat dissipation of data centers.Therefore,the research and application of heat dissipation status of electronic cabinets are reviewed:the existing heat dissipation methods and measures of electronic data center cabinets at home and abroad are reviewed and classified,and the advantages,disadvantages and application scope of different heat dissipation methods are analyzed and compared on this basis.Finally,the future development trend of heat dissipation of electronic cabinets is discussed,which provides some reference and guidance for related design and application.In the future,with the increasing requirements for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of data center cabinets,heat dissipation technology will develop in the direction of paying more attention to energy efficiency ratio and environmental protection.关键词
