Abstract

As a key power transmission component of mining machinery system,bearing health status is related to the whole system function realization and production safety.Scientific bearing health status monitoring,fault diagnosis and prediction can effectively prevent potential risks,reduce unnecessary periodic maintenance work,and thus save labor costs and improve economic benefits.To address the need for condition monitoring and maintenance management of rotating components in mining machinery,with bearing as a case study,research on bearing fault prediction technology and the development of a fault prediction system have been conducted.The prototype of bearing fault diagnosis and prediction system is developed.According to the typical process of system design and development,the system requirements analysis,system design,system development and function test are carried out.Following the typical signal processing sequence flow in the practice of mechanical system fault diagnosis and prognostic,the system functions are divided,and the interface between the function modules are established.MATLAB App designer is selected as the software development environment,then the detailed design and development of the system are carried out,finally the test of system function is made.The results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and the correctness of the system function.
