紫薇R2R3-MYB基因家族鉴定及其外源激素响应表达分析
Identification of the R2R3-MYB gene family in Lagerstroemia indica and analysis of their expression responses to exogenous hormones

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the characteristics of the R2R3-LiMYB gene family in Lagerstroemia indica and its role in response to exogenous hormones.[Method]A genome-wide identification of R2R3-LiMYB family members was conducted using bioinformatics approaches based on the L.indica genome.The expression patterns of 17 flowering-related R2R3-LiMYB genes were analyzed using qRT-PCR under treatments of methyl jasmonate(0.25%)and salicylic acid(0.4 g/L,0.7 g/L,and 1.5 g/L).[Result](1)A total of 207 R2R3-LiMYB genes were identified in the L.indica genome,showing an uneven distribution across 24 chromosomes and predominant localization in the nucleus,mitochondria,and chloroplasts.Phylogenetic analysis of R2R3-MYBs from Arabidopsis and L.indica revealed 21 subgroups,including three clades containing exclusively R2R3-AtMYBs.(2)Cis-element analysis identified numerous light-responsive,abiotic stress-responsive,and hormone-responsive elements in the promoter regions of R2R3-LiMYB genes,with varying compositions among different members.(3)Expression pattern analysis showed that most R2R3-LiMYB genes were highly expressed during the initial and full bloom stages of Viburnum;qPCR results indicated that most R2R3-LiMYB were down-regulated after MeJA treatment,but their expression varied;whereas most R2R3-LiMYB were up-regulated by SA treatment,but the corresponding patterns of different genes to different concentrations of SA were different.[Conclusion]The R2R3-LiMYBs genes exhibited stage-specific expression during flower development and demonstrated dynamic responses to plant hormone signals(such as methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid),with their expression levels regulated by hormone concentrations.The R2R3-LiMYBs genes may be involved in the complex response mechanisms of Lagerstroemia indica to MeJA and SA.关键词
