Abstract

The traction drive inverter feedback of rail transit trains leads to unstable traction force,vi-bration,and insufficient control accuracy.Therefore,a sliding mode control method for rail transit train traction based on open PLC is proposed.Based on the traction control model of rail transit trains,a sliding mode fuzzy PID controller is designed to dynamically adjust PID parameters through fuzzy logic to sup-press the chattering phenomenon of sliding mode control.An open PLC is used as the control platform to receive train real-time train status data.The sliding mode fuzzy PID control algorithm is implemented through PLC programming,converting control instructions into PWM signals and outputting them to the actuator.PLC monitors train operation in real-time,adjusts control strategies to eliminate errors,and en-sures smooth train operation.The experimental results show that this method can effectively track the tar-get curve,reduce speed oscillations,meet the requirements of parking accuracy,and maintain stable trac-tion,significantly improving the traceability of train operation and passenger experience.
