中医临床诊疗知识图谱构建方法探索
Exploration on the Construction Method of TCM Clinical Medical Knowledge Graph
摘要
Abstract
Knowledge graph is a knowledge representation technology based on semantic web,which has great application value for the structured representation,association,integration and analysis of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment knowledge.Based on the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment and rationale and prescriptions,this paper constructs the knowledge ontology framework of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.And based on the TCM electronic medical records,the knowledge base of Chinese herbal medicines and classical prescriptions organized manually,exploring the construction method of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment knowledge graph based on the fusion of multiple data sources.Finally,the structured storage and visualization of the knowledge graph is completed based on the Neo4j graph database.关键词
