基于数据挖掘探讨甘淳治疗功能性消化不良的用药规律
Exploring the Medication Patterns of GAN Chun in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To analysis the medication patterns of GAN Chun in the treatment of functional dyspepsia through data mining,and to summarize his clinical experience and provide traditional Chinese medicine solutions for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:Collect effective medical records of GAN Chun's outpatient treatment for functional dyspepsia.Use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.5)to analyze the frequency of medication,characteristics,taste,meridians,syndromes,and core formulas of the selected medical record prescriptions.Results:237 effective prescriptions were screened,involving 102 traditional Chinese medicines and 33 high-frequency drugs with a frequency of≥30.The main drugs used were Qi regulating,digestion reducing,and deficiency tonifying drugs,with most of them being Xin Wen and Ku Han.The main drugs used belong to spleen,stomach,liver,and lung meridians;50 commonly used drug combinations;53 data association rules.The core drug network consists of Shenqu,Chuanxiong,Cangzhu,Xiangfu,Baishao,and Zhebeimu.Conclusion:GAN Chun's main treatment for functional dyspepsia is to regulate the Qi mechanism,which reflects the medication characteristics of GAN Chun's treatment of functional dyspepsia with"Qi"as the core and good at regulating the rise and fall of the Qi mechanism.关键词
