ZHU Zhengang's Clinical Experience in Treating Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis from Shaoyang
摘要
Abstract
This article introduces ZHU Zhengang's clinical experience in treating pulmonary interstitial fibrosis from the perspective of the Shaoyang theory.It proposes that the core pathogenesis of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis involves dysfunction of the pivot mechanism,stagnation of Qi transforming into fire,and dampness accumulating in the triple burner.The study suggests that impaired Shaoyang pivot mechanism is the root cause of pulmonary fibrosis,while fire evil and dampness evil are secondary factors resulting from Qi movement disorder.Based on the pivot theory,the paper explores the therapeutic approach of harmonizing Shaoyang,dispelling pathogenic heat,and unblocking the triple burner for managing pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,supported by a representative case example.关键词
