散风通窍滴丸联合鼻喷激素对AH合并AR腺样体术后患儿睡眠改善效果分析
Analysis of the Effect of Dispersing Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills Combined with Nasal Spray Hormone on the Improvement of Sleep in Children with AH Combined with AR after Adenoid Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe the sleep improvement effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills combined with nasal spray hormone on children with AH combined with AR after adenoid surgery.Methods:Eighty children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized grouping method,40 cases each.The PSG,PSQ and PSQI were evaluated before surgery.The observation group was treated with nasal spray hormone(mometasone furoate nasal spray:once a day)+Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills(three times a day)for 3 weeks;the control group was treated with the same nasal spray hormone for 3 weeks.PSG was rechecked after 1 month postoperatively,and PSQ and PSQI were assessed again to compare the differences in PSG,PSQ and PSQI between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the obstructive apnea hypoventilation index(OAHI),oxygen desaturation index(ODI),lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO2),mean oxygen saturation(MSaO2),and PSQ and PSQI scores in the PSGs of the 2 groups were better than those of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05),and the OAHI,ODI,and LSaO2 indexes as well as PSQ and PSQI scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in MSaO2 between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of nasal spray hormone with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills can more thoroughly relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion and snoring after AH combined with AR adenoid surgery,reduce the number of times and the degree of oxygen deprivation in the nighttime sleep,thus improve the quality of the children's sleep,and promote the development of body and mind.关键词
