基于恢复轨迹的高层建筑抗震韧性评估
Seismic resilience assessment for tall buildings based on recovery trajectories

Abstract
In GB/T 38591-2020'Standard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings',the evaluation of seismic resilience employs a'star-rating'system,which fails to adequately reflect the functional recovery of buildings following an earthquake.To address this limitation,a seismic resilience assessment method based on recovery trajectories was proposed.This method delineated functional units according to their operational roles,and evaluated the influence of component damage states within each unit on its functionality.Furthermore,a dimensionless seismic resilience index for the building was derived from the functional recovery trajectory.A case study of a super high-rise building demonstrates that the hindered recovery phase in the structure is predominantly influenced by elevator systems.It is recommended that seismic resilience of high-rise and super high-rise buildings be enhanced by mitigating hindering factors and improving the performance of non-structural components.The proposed method enables the calculation of a dimensionless seismic resilience index,facilitating the comparison of seismic resilience across different buildings.关键词
