Abstract
As an important carrier of building industrialization and green transformation,prefabricated buildings can effectively improve construction efficiency and reduce resource consumption through the mode of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly,which can meet the low-carbon development needs of the construction industry in the context of"dual carbon".At present,the penetration rate of prefabricated buildings in China continues to increase under the policy drive,but the lack of standardization system,insufficient coordination of the industrial chain,shortage of professional talents and limited market acceptance and other problems restrict the large-scale promotion of prefabricated buildings.In order to achieve the"dual carbon"goals,it is necessary to take effective measures to solve it from multiple dimensions,accelerate the transformation of the construction industry to industrialization,greening and intelligence,and provide support for sustainable economic development.关键词
