Abstract
The 1907 Tailiu Road Urban Renewal Project at Vanke Center in Qingdao serves as a benchmark case for urban renewal and the development of the night-time economy in northern Chinese cities.Through a systematic reconstruction of architectural space,the project transforms previously scattered street-front retail shops into a cohesive and open commercial complex,achieving a major breakthrough in the integration of spatial design and commercial logic.Its open layout responds to Qingdao's mild and humid maritime climate,creating a sense of spatial modernity while guiding commercial flows.This project exemplifies the deep integration of architectural design and commercial strategy,offering a model for urban renewal and the development of regional open commercial complexes in northern cities.关键词
