Research on Organizational Optimization of Emergency Departments in a General Hospital Based on MassMotion Simulation
摘要
Abstract
To improve the operational efficiency of emergency departments and optimize patient experience,this study takes the emergency department of a general hospital in Dengzhou as its subject.Using the MassMotion simulation platform,a three-dimensional spatial model of the emergency department was developed.Real-world data were collected,and various scenario parameters were set to analyze key indicators such as pedestrian density,queue length,and waiting time,in order to identify bottlenecks in the current organizational model.Based on these analyses,optimization schemes including spatial layout optimization,process reengineering,and resource allocation adjustments were proposed and validated through simulation.关键词
