Research on Design Strategies and Applications for Standard Light Industry Factory Buildings Under Government-led Construction Models

Abstract
As an important part of the national economy,the design of light industry factory buildings directly influences production efficiency and sustainable development.This paper focuses on the architectural design of standard light industry factory buildings under government-led construction models.Through literature review,case analysis,and practical validation,the planning and architectural characteristics of standard light industry factory buildings are systematically examined.The study proposes four key design strategies:policy coordination and industry-adaptive design,spatial intensification and vertical design,green technology and sustainable design,and facade design and image shaping.Taking the selenium-rich bamboo shoot industrial park in Yifeng Industrial Park,Jiangxi Province as a case study,the paper verifies the feasibility of these strategies,aiming to provide both theoretical and practical references for similar projects.关键词
