环境不确定性下人机协同的知识创造与企业创新
Knowledge Creation and Enterprise Innovation through Human-Machine Collaboration under Environmental Uncertainty

Abstract
As the core engine of innovation-driven in the intelligent era,human-machine collaboration will profoundly shape the way of corporate innovation and competition pattern of enterprises.In order to explore the impact of human-machine collaboration on enterprise innovation in an uncertain environ-ment,this paper constructs a moderated mediating effect model based on the ambidextrous innovation theory and the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022.The results show that hu-man-machine collaboration significantly improves the innovation level of enterprises and becomes an important driving force to promote technological breakthroughs and knowledge upgrades,that human-machine collaboration accelerates the integration and development of exploratory innovation and utili-tarian innovation by promoting knowledge creation,and that external uncertainty affects the information processing strategy of enterprises,and further enhances the role of human-machine collaboration in pro-moting knowledge creation and innovation.The results of heterogeneity analysis point out that the im-pact of human-machine collaboration on innovation is more significant in economically developed re-gions and high-tech industries.This study deepens the theoretical understanding of human-machine col-laboration on enterprise innovation,and provides an important reference for enterprises to build innova-tion advantages in the era of artificial intelligence.关键词
