Building a Scientific and Technological Talent Ecosystem with Global Influence:Practice and Pathways in Shanghai

Abstract
[Research purpose]It analyzes the main achievements and existing problems of Shanghai's scientific and technological talent ecology construction,putting forward ideas and suggestions for optimizing the talent development ecology with global influence,contributing to Shanghai's accelerated efforts in constructing a talent highland and the international center for technology and innovation.[Research method]Through theoretical induction and practical analysis,it extracts the connotation and elements of the scientific and technological talent ecology,and summarizes the status quo and trend of Shanghai's scientific and technological talent ecology construction.[Research conclusion]To further optimize the talent ecosystem,Shanghai needs to focus on the bottlenecks of policy support,the difficulties of institutional reform,and the blind spots in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture.It needs to strengthen governance orientation,improving the modern institutional system for nurturing talents,strengthening industrial orientation,expanding and achieving high-level talent and high-energy-level industrial platforms,strengthening demand orientation,and optimizing the precise services empowering talents throughout the entire chain.关键词
