Analysis on the State of the Art of China's High-level Scientific and Technological Innovation Platform

Abstract
[Research purpose]As a bridge linking"top intellectual resources"and"regional industrial development",the academician workstation is an important platform in the scientific and technological innovation system.This study focuses on the academician workstation,aiming to promote the high-quality development of the academician workstation in Jilin Province.[Research method]On the basis of the data statistics on the state of the art,distribution of disciplines and geographical distribution of academician workstations in the country and advanced provinces and cities,it compares and analyzes the construction mode,award and subsidy,talent introduction and collaborative research of academician workstations in various provinces and cities.By analyzing its work highlights,it draws on their experience.[Research conclusion]Based on the development of academician workstations in Jilin Province,it focuses on the development of science and technology and industrial needs,giving full play to the functions and roles of Jilin,and putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing the innovative organization and management mode of academician workstations,deepening collaborative innovation,improving the mechanism for talent recruitment and cultivation,and improving the service quality in the province.关键词
