Abstract
[Research purpose]The digital transformation of scientific research management in universities is the cornerstone for enhancing the efficiency of scientific research management,advancing the process of building world-class universities,and ensuring the long-term development of scientific research undertakings.Therefore,conducting research on this topic holds significant practical importance.[Research method]Based on the core issues in the digital transformation of scientific research management in universities,such as low efficiency of information systems,data barriers hindering collaboration,and the absence of data-driven approaches in management systems,a case study approach is adopted.Taking the scientific research management practices of University S as the research object,this study summarizes how to improve the efficiency of scientific research management from the perspectives of the technical level,process level,and institutional level.[Research conclusion]In response to this,the following suggestions are proposed for universities during the transformation process:focusing on user needs-oriented approaches,prioritizing the resolution of high-frequency pain points in business operations,and strengthening the cultivation of interdisciplinary management talents.The digital transformation of scientific research management at University S is supported by a technical platform,centered on process collaboration,and secured by institutional reforms.The synergistic advancement of these three elements achieves a leap in efficiency.关键词
