数字化全口义齿与传统义齿临床效果和患者相关结局指标的系统性回顾与Meta分析
Systematic review and Meta-analysis of clinical outcomes and patient-related outcome measures between digital complete dentures and traditional dentures

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of digital complete dentures and traditional den-tures in patients with edentulous jaws,and provide a basis for clinical selection of restorative methods.Methods:Databases such as PubMed,Cochrane Library,and CNKI were searched.Nineteen randomized controlled trials comparing the two restor-ative methods were included,involving 498 cases,and a Meta-analysis was performed.Results:There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in retention force(SMD=0.23,95%CI:-0.18,0.64),chewing force(SMD=0.35,95%CI:-0.31,1.00),chewing efficiency(SMD=0.17,95%CI:-0.66,0.99),and patient satisfaction(SMD=-0.01,95%CI:-0.86,0.85).However,the impression taking time was significantly reduced(SMD=-5.78,95%CI:-10.68,-0.88),and the num-ber of occlusal adjustment visits after prosthesis delivery was significantly decreased(WMD=-0.95,95%CI:-1.47,-0.43).Conclusion:The clinical effect of digital complete dentures is similar to or better than that of traditional dentures.Different digital manufacturing processes have no significant impact on patient-related outcome indicators.关键词
