肛门镜下聚桂醇注射液四步注射与TST治疗Ⅲ度内痔效果对比观察
Comparison of the Effect of Four-step Injection of Lauromacrogol Injection under Anoscope and TST in the Treatment of Grade Ⅲ Internal Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope in the treatment of grade Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 119 patients with grade Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=59)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope,and the control group was treated with selective mucosal resection of hemorrhoids.The clinical efficacy,duration of operation,length of hospitalization,visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score at 6 h after operation,the trend of pain score with time,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of operation,lenth of hospitalization,VAS pain score at 6 h after operation,and incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were shorter or lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group decreased faster with time(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Four-step injection of Lauromacrogol injection under anoscope is effective in the treatment of gradeⅢ internal hemorrhoids,with shorter durtion of operation,less postoperative pain,fewer postoperative complications,and good repeatability.关键词
