巩膜外静脉液流波对白内障术后眼压的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of episcleral venous fluid wave(EVFW)on the intraocular pressure(IOP)after cataract surgery.Methods A Retrospective clinical study.43 cases(50 eyes)of cataract patients from Chengdu First People's Hospital ophthalmology during January 2023 to July 2023 were collected.25 eyes whose anterior chamber angle were irrigated during cataract surgery were classified as the experimental group,and the other 25 eyes whose anterior chamber angle were not irrigated during cataract surgery were classified as the control group.All surgeries were operated by the same chief physician.The degree and position of EVFW were recorded during cataract surgery.And the IOP changes at 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after cataract surgery were observed.Results There was no dif-ference between the preoperative IOP of the experimental group(17.72±2.189)mmHg and the control group(17.04±1.670)mmHg.There was no difference in age between the experimental group(69.52±9.417)and the control group(71.28±7.871).There was no difference in IOP changes at 1 day,1 week between the experimental group and the control group.The lOP at 1 month after the surgery(15.80±2.483)mmHg,the IOP at 3 months after the surgery(14.56±2.755)mmHg were all reduced obviously compared with the preoperative IOP(17.72±2.189)mmHg in the experimental group(P<0.05),and so did the control group at 1 month and 3 months postoperative IOP(16.08±1.498 mmHg,15.28±1.487)mmHg was obviously lower than the preoperative IOP(17.04±1.670)mmHg(P<0.05).There was no difference in the IOP at 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after cataract surgery between the experimental group and the control group.There was no difference in the influence of the EVFW quadrants to the IOP changes at 1 month after the surgery(-1.92±3.214)mmHg and 3 months after the surgery(-3.16±3.460)mmHg(P>0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification can re-duce forward IOP.Addition irrigation of anterior chamber angle and EVFW in normal human eyes can't reduce more IOP.关键词
