不同体位对玻璃体切除联合硅油填充患者术后眼压及舒适度的影响
The influence of different positions on intraocular pressure and comfort after vitrectomy combined with sili-cone oil filling

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling on the early postop-erative intraocular pressure(IOP)and comfort in patients with rheogenic retinal detachment treated with face-down posi-tion(FDP)and non-supine position(NSP).Methods A retrospective case analysis.92 patients who underwent vitrec-tomy combined with silicone oil filling for rheogenous retinal detachment between January 2023 and December 2023 were analyzed,and randomly instructed to the maintain FDP or NSP(FDP group and NSP group).The compliance of the two groups of patients with different postural interventions was assessed 4 times a day within 3 days after the surgery.Results The postural compliance of 45 cases in NSP group was significantly higher than that of 47 cases in FDP group(10.17±1.61,9.02±2.11,P=0.025).The postoperative IOP in NSP group was significantly lower than that in FDP group(18.22±3.46,20.36±5.17,P=0.014).In addition,due to the influence of postoperative posture and IOP,compared with the NSP group,patients in the FDP group had higher postoperative pain scores,but the significance was not obvious(2.48±0.69,2.94±0.67,P=0.98),and the comfort level was lower(5.24±1.80,3.23±2.28,P=0.046).Conclusions Patients in the NSP group have better postural compliance,lower early postoperative IOP and higher comfort than those in the FDP group.The significance of FDP and NSP nursing in the treatment of rheogenic retinal detachment needs further study.关键词
