Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of binocular adjustment function test combined with biological pa-rameter measurement on teenagers wearing multi-ring defocusing soft lenses.Methods The prospective case-control study.A total of 240 adolescent patients with mild myopia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,all of whom wore multi-ring soft-focus lenses and divided into control group(120 cases,biological parameter mea-surement intervention)and observation group(120 cases,binocular adjustment function examination combined with bio-logical parameter measurement intervention)according to random number table method.Binocular adjustment function ex-amination included negative relative regulation(NRA)examination,positive relative regulation(PRA)examination,regu-latory response(BCC)examination and eye function training.The biological parameter measurement intervention was to adjust the degree of multi-ring distractive soft lens according to the diopter,corneal curvature,axis length and intraocular pressure of the patient at each stage,and informed the patient how to wear it correctly.The increase in myopia degree,bio-logical parameters(diopter,corneal curvature,axial length,intraocular pressure),binocular accommodation function pa-rameters(NRA,PRA,BCC)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and af-ter intervention.Results The myopia degree of observation group was lower than that of the control group at 2 months,3 months,6 months and 12 months after the intervention.At 12 months after the intervention,the diopter,axial length,IOP,PRA value and BCC value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the NRA value was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in corneal curvature between the observation group and the control group before and at 12 months after intervention(all P>0.05).At 12 months after in-tervention,there was no significant difference in the incidence of photophobia,blurred vision and foreign body sensation between the observation group and the control group(all P>0.05).Conclusions In the prevention and control of myopia of binocular vision function in adolescents,the intervention mode of binocular adjustment function examination combined with eye axis measurement to monitor multi-ring defocusing soft lens can reduce the increase of myopia degree,improve the results of eye axis examination and binocular adjustment ability,which has certain safety,and has important signifi-cance for promoting the recovery of visual function in patients,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
