Abstract
A hole expansion test was conducted on DP600 hot-rolled dual phase steel,and the influence of the advancing rate of the punch and the crack opening width on the results of the hole expansion test was analyzed.The results show that the faster the advancing rate of the punch and the wider the crack opening after hole expansion,the greater the ultimate hole expansion rate of the specimen.A regression model was established between the ultimate hole expansion rate and the test thickness,as well as the crack opening width of the specimen,under fixed conditions of punch advance rate and edge pressure.It was found that the ultimate hole expansion rate was inversely proportional to the square of the specimen thickness and the square of the crack opening width,and directly proportional to the specimen thickness and crack opening width.关键词
