Advances in Capsaicinoid Biosynthesis and Regulatory Factors
摘要
Abstract
Capsaicinoids are secondary metabolites in pepper fruits and important indicators for evaluating fruit quality.In this paper,the properties,distribution and accumulation pathways of capsaicinoids were reviewed based on the research results on the biosynthesis mechanism and regulatory factors of capsaicinoids at home and abroad,the key genes and metabolic pathways involved in the biosynthesis of capsaicinoids were analyzed,the factors affecting the synthesis of capsaicinoids,such as variety differences,transcription factors,growth environment and plant growth regulators were summarized,in order to provide a reference for the further research and application of capsaicinoids.关键词
