基于转录组分析辣椒幼苗对盐胁迫的响应
Response of Pepper Seedlings to Salt Stress Based on Transcriptome Analysis

Abstract
To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying pepper's response to salt stress,the pepper cultivar Zhangshugang ST-8 was used as the material.Seedlings at the two-leaf and one-heart stage were treated with 0 mmol/L NaCl(CK)or 50 mmol/L NaCl for 7 days.The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited the growth of pepper seedlings:compared with the control group,the plant height of the treatment group(14.69 cm)decreased by 16.0%(control:17.48 cm),and the root area(17.22 cm2)reduced by 29.1%(control:24.28 cm2).Transcriptome analysis identified 2214 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)under salt stress compared with the control,including 1138 up-regulated and 1076 down-regulated genes.GO enrichment analysis revealed that the up-regulated DEGs were significantly associated with cell wall synthesis and metabolism,including xyloglucan metabolism,cellulose biosynthesis,and hemicellulose metabolism.KEGG analysis indicated that the DEGs were mainly involved in pathways such as photosynthesis,cell wall polysaccharide metabolism,and plant-pathogen interaction.Key genes including Caz02g18450,Caz03g40380,Caz12g03570 and Caz12g17660 were significantly up-regulated under salt stress.These findings suggest that pepper responds to salt stress by regulating the expression of genes related to cell wall synthesis and metabolism,which provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the salt tolerance mechanism in pepper.关键词
